Across every Hoffman Tunnels office, our people donate their time and skills to their communities through volunteer service.
Volunteering is part of the job description.
We offer volunteer time off and company matching policies to encourage giving back, as well as working with local and national organisations to support those in the most need.
Regional events include volunteering at local food banks, build days for Habitat for Humanity, volunteering in schools to promote STEM education, clean-up events in our national parks, and participating in running, walking and cycling fundraisers.
Bridges to Prosperity
Among our many initiatives, Hoffman Tunnels has partnered with Bridges to Prosperity since 2020.
Bridges to Prosperity is a non-profit organisation that has built over 250 footbridges serving more than one million people in rural and isolated communities across the world. Almost one billion people around the world do not have safe access to critical resources like healthcare, education and employment because of an impassable river.
Bridge builds to date have included the Cyarera Bridge in Rwanda and the Sanzara Bridge in Uganda.
